£400, but yeah. SRAM claim their new rings will “last the expected lifetime of a power meter”. What I expect they mean is will last till they update it again and consumers upgrade again. It feels like SRAM have soully targeted everything towards just consumers with a shit load of money. You’re not going to see a 4 grand groupset near any of your local E/1/2 crits anytime soon, but you might on a brand new canyon going down a super highway in ec1

Just going by what I read which is that the power meter is a one piece with the rings and so to replace it, you need to buy a new power meter entire unit at $826

they give you a new one at 50% off when you wear them out
