I've managed to piece together a full di2 hydro group (including Chainset, chain, cassette and all wires and junction boxes) for less than £500 through some patient accumulating of parts second hand mixed with a few new bits.

Depends how long you are willing to wait.
Can pick up STI Shifters for £80-90
Rear mech - 6870 £70-90
Junction A - £30
Battery - £60
Cables - £40
Charger - £40So, maybe £300 if you get lucky with some items.

I'm going to go di2 on the next bike I think. How cheaply can I put together 1x11 DA shifters, mechs and gubbins?
Will look for ultegra if significantly cheaper but rather DA at least for levers.
Will not buy new.
