Adjust the caliper.
slacken caliper bolts on frame/fork, wiggle caliper, recenter over rotor/disc gently spin wheel, if no rubbing re-tighten bolts.
with the now somewhat defunct IS calipers this was a black art of facing the mounting points and shimming the caliper to perfection. The bonus was this was fixed position and not moved if you gave the caliper a hefty smack......unlike post mounts :)
Depending on mount type it might pay to have LBS face off the mounts so they are square and remove any paint, this does enable a bit more side to side adjustment for the caliper.
