That's good news, you're in a much better place in that case.
The thing about roofed bike holdy thingies is that they will probably need a concrete floor to stand on. Our freeholder tried to install a buggy shelter a few months back and that was due to set us back upwards of £40k. A metal shell one would not require that - may save you a bit of cash.
