2019-02-01: Rider down in Penge

As I left my daughters school at 0845 after dropping them off, I walked past the scene of an accident at the junction of Kent House Road and Penge High Street/Beckenham Road. Two cars involved and underneath the front of one of them was a bike. The police were attending and no sign of anyone injured so I hope whoever was hit was okay.

If there was no ambulance there, someone injured may either have been taken away already, or an ambulance may not have attended. In either case it may well not have been serious. The scene you saw sounds unusual.
