I'm trying to do everything on my aerobars. TrainerRoad told me to up my cadence a bit and I got carried away as it was a long, low intensity, boring one.
I was only doing about 110-120 as well.
Old shorts didn't help
I might need to give it a week to heal now - plaster doesn't seem to be sticking and if I start taping at this stage in the race it is a bad sign. And it will pull the scab off when I take it off.
Why would you do HCLR on aerobars? It's not like you're going to be busting out 150rpm efforts when tucked in.
