This looks like a definite improvement at Kew bridge. Previously it was just paint on the road.
@Velocio the point of the new cycle way is to link up the town centres in the West from Hammersmith Chiswick Brentford and isleworth ..hopefully one day Hounslow and feltham.
Going down the a4 would be useless for that.
