Another suggestion while we’re talking thickness (or thinness). I don’t know what your budget is, but the Bell & Ross BR V2 range wear really slim. 41mm across and just under 12mm thick, but that includes the heavily domed crystal so they wear quite a bit slimmer. Case + bezel is 9-10mm. Really nice shape IMO and they have several nice dial / colour variations.

Is 13.7mm accurate for the thickness? Because that’s only 1mm less than a Black Bay. I always thought of it as a fairly modest sized watch but I tried on a two tone one (don’t ask) and it was thicker than I expected.
Modern Rolex Sub and the Squale 1521 are 13mm. SKX007 is 13.25mm. So I wouldn’t call the current 300M slim, particularly, if it is 13.7.
