Those shifters are Modolo Morphos - they will shift Shimano 7/8/9/10 and Campagnolo 8/9/10 all on the one shifter. Yes, really. I'm really tempted to get some - apparently they just barely work and are horrible to use but unmatched versatility. One guy who has some said something along the lines of "I love them like a three-legged mongrel dog"
Edit: wait, no they're not. They just look very similar I think.
