My opinion is the best saddle bag is a super lightweight race and a drybag attaches to it.
All saddle bags wag around and are shit really, if they’ve any weight in them. The Carridige might be better.
I don't find that with my Revelate saddle bag. Maybe it's skinny people with heavy saddle bags that notice it more though? Dunno, but waggle never been an issue. Catching the wind on the 65mm wheels in the US was more of an issue.
