POTUS can only pardon federal convictions, not state convictions. I think New York state are highly likely to seek prosecution of many of those involved.

Mueller works for the State Bureau of Investigation, or the Federal Bureau of Investigation?

Can Muellers evidence not also be used to initiate state prosecutions as well?

I thought I saw something a while back about someone being prosecuted in state for information provided by Mueller...ill have a google
