I don’t think anyone disputes that.
The problem I suspect is more in trying to sell this complete. There is a limited market for these frames as you know and the chances of the build ticking every box for someone who has £6k to burn is pretty low I would wager. Even if things are bang on maybe the bars are too narrow or the cranks too long etc meaning you need to replace them which is a massive ballache and kinda embarrassing for people with £6k to drop on bicycle jewellery.
Tl;dr complete worth less than the value of its parts

Also, isn’t that Stelbel that’s been linked to that everybody is banging on about just the F&F for sale for £2k??
You’d pretty much be knocking on the door of £6k by the time you’d built it up to this spec.
