Might be worth getting the levers with post mount calipers, and trying to fit the rear post mount caliper onto the flat mount frame with one of these . There's no guarantees there will be sufficient clearance, but you never know. If it doesn't work then yes, it's flat mount rear caliper time.

Fuck it, looks like I'm going to have to buy the levers/calipers then a single flat mount caliper one for the rear
