  • Walked to work this morning and ending up stalking a guy as I liked the way the passing cyclists and runners lit him up

  • I'm really liking the atmosphere in these shots, but I feel like you could put further emphasis on that by cropping the pictures tighter.
    I don't know if this is frowned upon on this forum, but I took the liberty of cropping an example.
    IMO you pick up a lot more detail, like the fact that he seems to be shielding his eyes from the light, and the round orb of light contrasts nicely to the straight lines.

    Cropping your own or other peoples photos? Either way shouldnt be frowned upon imo

  • No problem with cropping the photos.

    The crop looses the point where the af eventually decided to focus, but I like it, does make it a stronger photo. Cheers !
