Just paint it, you'll have more money to play with for the new gaff... I've met very few people who are as stubborn as you are... 😘

I'm going to discuss with missus tonight.
We'll probably paint, but we'll pay for it (I can't be arsed to, and it'll take longer than it needs for the sake of saving a few quid) and get excess stuff into storage at the same time, so we can get it onto the market and see how quickly the offers roll in, or not.
Jnr and the missus will probably have to go up north, whilst it's being done so as not to get in the way/inhale fumes etc.
And might as well do it in the next month or so, as we'll both be off work..But that's if we decide to do it..

if someone can tell me how much you can lose off asking price from not painting, £1k, £5k, £10k I’d have a reason to paint, or at least seriously think about it.
