One does not simply unify NI with ROI...

Indeed, I think most people are only aware of the IRA and not so much the UVF/UDA.
Going all in one way or the other is going to piss off at least one group with guns and bombs.

I wish people could just be happy with peace and an open border. People from ROI are just as bad about constantly wanting to interfere.

Maybe it would be good time to let NI join Ireland. In EU catholic majority would be forced to deal fairly with protestant minority.
