Thanks - do you know if it is more effective than acetone which I've been trying to use at the moment?

Only other thing I can think of is going at the bolt from the other side, try and make a slot in the end and unwind with a flat bladed screwdriver.

Try the zap de-bonder, we use it at work, it doesn't dissolve it but it will soften it

Yep ^^^

Yesssssssssss!!!!!!
Had to just brute force it, couldn't get the acetone or debonder round the sides as the bearing was in so tight. It has taken days of drilling to get that out, but the sense of achievement is unlike nothing else.

I want to wear this bolt around my neck and a symbol that no obstacle is too difficult, no struggle to hard, that cannot be overcome with relentless use of a cheap drill.

So I managed to get a bargain set of stans alpha 400 wheels from superstar - which means the open pro/ ambrosio set are for sale if anyone's keen.
The bike is about 8.3kg which for a folding steel framed bike with older 105 on it, isn't bad!

They look like Tektro mini Vs.
A steady hand, and a small drill bit attached to an electric drill should do the trick.
