Can anyone recommend somewhere for HiFi repair in London (close to Islington)?
I have a Sonos Play 5 Gen 1 which has just died after pretty limited use.
It’s 3.5 years old and out of its 2 year warranty so Sonos are not interested in helping.
I feel it should last more than 2 years and I should be covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 but for this I’d like an independent report on what’s failed with it.
So, anyone know of anywhere in London that would be helpful for this?
A few places I’ve spoken to seem to say that they just send these things back directly to Sonos and Sonos don’t even give them circuit diagrams/info that would allow them to investigate.
