  • Google changed their SMTP settings. If the sender isn't a valid account they reject.

    As the domain was on them I needed to ensure it was a real account to make sure you got emails.

    To not have an additional cost, I made the account an alias of mine... Hence, if you're in Gmail they can put all of that together and it shows the pic 🙄

    I don't have a solution without paying an additional monthly cost to have another account with the microcosm logo, which would be meaningless, so each site would want their own and that cost will be £4 per site per month = £1200 per month.

    Or my profile and free 🤷‍♀️

    In the attachment, the 10% drop in delivery rate for emails after the 11th is the effect of Google's change. The restoration of full delivery on the 16th is my making the email an alias of my account.
