New groupset (Force 1) , cockpit (procraft) and seat post collar (Ti from ali) are equiped. Also bought a KMC X11SL because of bling, but probably will use it only after winter is over.
If i think about it, aside from the frame itself, the BB and the headset, I've changed everything on the bike.
Also this is the first winter ever I pedal trough. I've excepted it to be a lot worse. (OK, snow still sucks).
