Sorry dude, I got a PM for it, seconds after posting this thread.

Saddles now reduced

• #5
Price reduction bump

Are they comfy? :)
-
• #7
They certainly are. I only recently switched to a Fabric Scoop, which is a bit wider. Probably could have just got a wider version of the Volt instead, but don't really like the covering on the recent models, as it's a bit fragile.
That shiny bit on the nose wears out far too quickly.

This is a bit of a dumb question probably, but are all the saddles the same?
-
• #9
I'd have trouble knowing which one is which. None of them have any distinguishing marks :-)

I just have a thing where I like all my bikes to have the same saddle. Makes setting up my position a bit easier. One bike changes, they all change.
There's only 4 bikes. Bike 4 ( the Talbot ) had one of the more recent versions and is a bit tatty looking around the nose.

Are they no bibs comfy?
-
• #12
sure understood
+1 for no bibs question
and I'll take the one with the tatty nose, why not
-
• #13
The tatty one isn't for sale. Just the three nice ones pictured :-)
As for bibs, I've never owned any. So yes, they are.

• #14

Might give one a go

no sweat
Recently changed saddles, so no longer need these.
Closest I can find to these in the current models the the 135mm 'Race' version, although these have a more durable covering than those ones. No scuffs, scrapes or cuts on any of these.

Well-used Thomson. Was originally 400mm, but cut neatly down to 330mm. 27.2mm diameter.
Insertion marks start 200mm below saddle rails. Sold
