What's the format of these things, is it a mass train trip out of london for wales/peaks etc? Would be keen to join if I can, but no longer London based (not that far though)

yes, they all start at train stations. meet us there and ride along!

for the new forest one, lyndhurst.
for the wales one, merthyr tydfil
for the peaks one, sheffield.
