  • in my mission to complete 5x5k sub 20 with 5 minutes recovery between intervals, I made an unplanned advance today, session was supposed to be 3x15minutes, but training peaks was under maintenance and I'd forgotten so did 4x15 minutes, admittedly it was a little slower than eventual target pace done at 4:05, 4:06, 4:05 and 4:03, but the next step of 4x5k seems quite within reach...
