Definitely the original paint.. quite a few other examples online! i can't guarantee the tubing on downtube though as it is profiled! But every other bike i can find is also listed as SL

Hi. The down tube doesn’t seem to be Columbus SL. Do you think that the frame could have been repainted at some point in its life?
