  • Can anyone on here explain powershell or point me somewhere?

    I'd like to search through our drive space at work and return all the files names and paths and date created and modified and spit them out into CSV.

    Alternatively, if there's a better quicker easier way to do this please point me in the right direction. It's proving difficult because of file name length (when I try using CMD).

  • Do you want basics or more complex? Stackoverflow has a tonne of stuff but it can be a bit over your head if you are missing basics.

    I found something I can use but I've got no idea where to change what to look where I need.
    If that makes sense?

    I don't want to wade into overflow if I can help it about powershell.

    Ive used R to grab a list of names, but I don't think I can use R to grab the modified dates at the same time.
