Weird, really does not look like f32 (and your exif says f8) but I guess it's just the out of focus foreground and the fact you used some chipless lens?
Anyways what I really wanted to say is that usually I'm not a fan of those super long exposures of water and stuff but I really like this image for multiple reasons.
Makes me want to live near a place like that for sure..
