I definitely have days where I have had not enough food where it feels like my brain is working in slow motion. The brain is the most glycogen-hungry organ in the body (IIRC), so it definitely needs feeding - but I'm not sure if there is any science to back up the feeling of brain fog, as I would assume that it also has priority for any glucose in the blood
This thread is pretty inspiring, enjoying reading everyone's stories.
Have got back on the MFP and tracking my daily calories and macros.
On a side note, could a sort of brain fog be caused by diet at all?
