I see the bucket hats diversion tactic is working a treat.
Maybe they'll go a whole season without someone mentioning the bikes...

Always funny seeing the system integration bullshit and then their own team runs non-standard parts.

wheels sponsored by infamous Kingsland road venue?

It’s odd that the EF SuperSix climbing bikes have the ugly Vision aero bar/stem thingy, but the aero SystemSix has a regular Vision bar & stem set up. Makes no sense.
A lot of pro bikes make no sense though, so there is probably some bizarre sponsor related reasoning behind it. -

On another note, I had a pretty tasty get down yesterday morning, and ripped my pro team rain gilet - want to replace it, but they don’t seem to be available anymore. Has it been replaced by the lightweight pro team rain gilet? If so, are they any good?
OG Pro Team Rain gilet was one of my fave bits of kit.

Try to have it repaired? If they can't they may offer a discount on a new one.

As an influencer don't you have direct access to the big brands?
This is ruining my dream here. -
• #32637
Did that yesterday - they got back to me this morning saying it's not repairable, and sent a voucher code. Great service.

Scottish Mountain Gear are the best.
If you send it to other places they normally just send it there eventually.
Two thumbs up for any repair on anything. -

Thanks for the tip!
I actually took it to my local tailor today, and she did a pretty decent fix on it with some heat activated waterproof seam sealing tape/glue type stuff . It probably wont last for ever, and it is quiye visible, but will get another six month out of it at least!

If that fails, try some sail tape.

There is cycling (language) fatigue and Marco Pantani fatigue.
It doesen't read as exciting as it did for previous years, maybe its cycling as whole or rapha but the innovation has slowed down.

We’ll also celebrate a pioneering American track cyclist who, despite having garnered far less recognition than the Italian, is no less deserving of it.
Marshall "Major" Taylor maybe?
