Hafe you tried these guys http://www.audioloudspeakers.co.uk/ for Recones - They used to do a fair bit of reconing for me a few years ago. my experience with them is mostly PA though. -

On tannoy talk, my power amp went bang and took the voice coil from one of my drivers, devastated.
I called lockwood audio to see if they had recone kits but no avail. If anyone sees a tannoy dorset t185 for sale let me know.
