From the gist of that article it sounds as though they have proof that the email to Fit4Sport was false and the Testogel wasn't ordered in error and destroyed ?
I guess they'll be some people tying in the date of the order in May 2011 to Wiggins jiffybag, but I doubt they'll have evidence to prove that. Clinic et al will be all over it though.
