This one is the General Medical Council, referred by UKADA. Of course Freeman has not yet turned up to any hearings.

The revelation that he ordered testosterone with a plan to use it with an athlete (or athletes) and then attempted to cover his tracks is new. And newsworthy.

You are right that that claim is new, I skimmed the article and thought this was about JiffyGate only.
