Haven’t brought speakers in at least a decade, probably more. If you’ve got space and family clearance for floorstanders have at it.
I’d also recommend a sub.

I just brought some PMC Twenty5.23 to replace my B&W 801d's and I am not disappointed. The clarity and imaging is stunning though they do lack the bottom end oomph of the B&W's. However, they are still punchy and make for a great listen.

In the spirit of @freddo 's view, what speakers would people recommend that I upgrade my B&W 602S2s to?
I would like better sound stage and transparency, whilst retaining or improving bass agility, vocal warmth and, you know, goodness.
ATC SCM11 and Kef R3 both look like good contenders.
