Link? Curious? I can only find the one with the numbers on the dial.

Yeah I don't mind like the lugs on the Code apart from the fact that they're only attached to the upper surface, so there's no practical reason for them to extend to the lower plate.

Had an email from Timefactors, the 36mm Everest is back in stock and there’s a couple of new Speedbird models too.
Edit: nice Heuer and Pepsi Rolex on the Antiques Roadshow yesterday, wife got suspicious when I nailed the valuations though.

Hmm, I do like that Precista chronograph on timefactors and I have fancied a mecaquartz for a while ...

Looks ok on a strap. Really not a fan of the beads of rice bracelet that TF do...although it is of impressive quality if you like the look of it...

Anyone want a free, black, fake leather watch box? Nothing special but it does the job. Collection from around Warren Street on weekdays or North London evenings/weekends.

Dropped the Hamilton off at the dealer today. They said expect a week for it to arrive and another week before they will get around to taking a look at it. For servicing/ repair they said expect six weeks. Does that sound about right? Swatch group.
I also noticed hours before I dropped it off that some of the markers were missing from around 3 and between 12 and 1. No evidence of the broken off remnants loose under the crystal. I shat it at first thinking that one of the methods I had tried to remove the moisture had dried out the paint/ laquer on the dial too, causing it to flake off. But no, I looked back at the eBay seller photos and there it was, hiding in plain sight. No mention of it in the description.
Requested an itemised estimate from Swatch and will take it from there.
This picture I took a couple of days after I got it shows the dial damage.
Not mad, just disappointed.

Cannot unsee that now
I'd get on to eBay and get a refund if within the time period.

Perhaps water damaged before you bought it?

Good shout, I've messaged the seller. There's also a small burr on the crystal that I assumed I ham fistedly inflicted myself a couple of days after I got it. To be fair to the seller, he took very clear pictures and in two of them I can make out the scratch. So that's getting mentioned too.

Perhaps, no evidence of where the markers went which is odd.
Beginning to think maybe the previous seller water damaged it and had it repaired/ warrantied, opting to have the "debris" of the markers removed without opting to address the issue of the dial.
Maybe that's how the warranty card went walking.
Interested to see how this one pans out.

1960s Omegas, besides poping the back off, any idea how to check which one it is ?
It seems to keep time for ~24 hours then kinda dies. I believe it's a hand wound watch, rather than a pure automatic but not sure.Definitely needs serviced, but the nearest place for it is actually Omegas flagship store in Geneva, I'm sure that won't be cheap.
Sorry for the shit photo, was sent from my father

You going to be in Zermatt soon?
So I have Sub / Panda homages.
Tempted to get an Explorer 1 fo the set.
Seen these 'Wanchers' and almost think the homage is better than the real thing. (Possibly a more accurate description of the demographic certainly) B^P
