All pack shot style product shots are photoshopped to some degree. It has to be cut out from the background to use on websites and other digital media. It looks to me like the logo was actually on the hat and shot in camera, but as long as it represents the product you are buying, who cares.
Anyway, I think @dumps was saying he thought it was mocked up in PS as a joke.
