  • Sub 81kg today after the festive bounce up to 84.5kg.
    I feel like my running and climbing are both doing a lot better for having a better diet. Essentially I’m just having to accept that quality of nutrition - and not overeating - both pay an important role in performance, to a degree that shouldn’t be ignored if I want to keep these things up as I get older.

    And if I can squeeze down to sub 80kgs and stay there, i’ll look reyt fit.
