Has anyone got suggestions for a decent workout for someone with a dodgy knee? I managed to batter mine at work yesterday so I won't be able to cycle/run/row etc for a while. I was making some decent progress on losing a bit of fat and gaining a bit of muscle so would like to keep that momentum going as much as possible!
I can barely walk at the minute! Will go for some walks when it's a bit better though. I work as a bike courier so going to be off work for a little bit.
