Indeed it's nice.
You might do better reaching your asking amount by selling off the upgrades and fitting with stock spec - hope wheels, thomson, blingy fizik, spare cassette etc are expensive bits that may not add their individual value to the complete bike.
Look for example on ebay and you'll see a caad12 sold recently for £1350 with Ksyrium pro exaliths
