F**king 'authorised' volvo workshop bastards. Serviced the V70 there last year, was told all is well, no cambelt change due for a zillion miles at least. Called to book this years service and the guy goes "you've missed your cambelt change, are you crazy? Come here and pay me £1500 at once!". Not likely. Having a local indy do it for £600 after a pleasant chat just now. Added bonus of them also calling volvo a bunch of ignorant c*nts. Never again.
