People who've lived in London for years but have either no idea how to get around or refuse to use public transport properly. Yesterday I told my colleague I wouldn't be able to cover at the office in Clerkenwell today (I generally cover if they need it but happen to have a doctor's appointment after work this evening) and she flipped out about getting there from Golders Green. It's literally half an hour if you get the Northern line then a bus from Angel but she flat out won't use the tube, EVER. She made me spend half an hour looking at bus-only routes and Google Street View with her, while she scrawled the names of shops and takeaways on the route she'd have to walk from the bus stop (90% of which was just walking along Rosebery Avenue) . Today she turned up there over 90 minutes late.
I have a friend who's the same and needs me to message them every step of the journey if we're meeting at a pub they don't know, and I still usually have to wander the streets looking for them in the area when I get the inevitable call saying they're lost. Both of these people are fine with using their phones normally AND have Citymapper installed.
