It does have a guarantee... if you mark the installation date on the little sticker. Which I didn't of course, but could find out since I probably know when it was bought.
Anyway, voltmeter on it this morning and it was 12.9V which seems reasonable to me. Maybe I'll stick it back in and wait for it to go flat again :)

Battery is guaranteed by the shop for a few years. Did you keep the receipt? My trick is to stick the receipt on the battery.
