No you fucking shouldn't have to suck it up!
Ask to get put through to the workshop.....the main phone lines are all modern 21st century 'we can't do that' bollox....the workshop, you will speak to a brummie bloke, who'll stick a couple in an envelope, and post em out.
I was one of the first 100 testers for the original cambium, and it's a bit like triggers broom nowadays.......

Stedlocks = good advice !
I phoned Brooks, they recognised the problem and promptly sent me 3 free rivets FOC!
So BRILLIANT service from Brooks, can't thank them, and Stedlocks, enough.They put a drop of threadlock onto each "rivet" now; problem solved.

Do you want to sell one without £9 postage!
Lovely product etc, but £12 for a tiny part that fell off 'cause they didn't do up properly; Grrrrr !!
Anyone have a way around this, or do I have to suck it up ?
