  • I am trying to recall the name for those uber-trendy visual lists people do to keep track of activites such as how often you exercise/take your medicine/wank.
    IIRC they have a two syllable name thats either an acronym or a portmanteau.

    Relatedly, I am thinking of limiting my drinking to about 10 units a month. There are millions of ways to keep track of this, but I am wondering if there is a nice intuitive visual app I could use to track each drink.

    By far the easiest way to track this is to limit your alcohol consumption to zero. <10 achieved, no counting required. Three decades in, this system has proven completely reliable for me.
