I’ve got one of these, completely transforms the ride, it is definitely harsher over bumps but 100% worth it for the improvement in everything else.

The most interesting thing for me are the new machined clamps although these will be available after market from Brompton for £35/piece. Presumably a weight saving rather than just aesthetic but haven’t seen any stats on the bike weight yet. Saddle is a bit meh and sad they’ve lost the grey sparkle

Exactly same sentiment, much preferred the original paint job, the cambium and the ergons. The charge finishing kit looks cheap and tacky.

Hilarious that the tyres will be £55 a pop.

Annoying about the tyres. We were selling the tan kojaks so well, then they just get dropped off the b2b with no other information...

Doubt they will be lighter than stock plastic ones, will just be asethic. The whole Bike is. Could / do build rad for less.

Yep I think they are just milking it at this point with no real benefit to the owner. And making it a six speed by default is just odd to me.

assuming more gears, equals more speed, and that will compensate for the extra weight..

Sjs will be offering 2 speeds too. Or whatever the customer wants. Discs? Rohloff? Alfine? Yeah no problem.
