1991 Kuwahara MTB for sale, splatter paint job!

Unusual Japanese MTB frame, forks and headset. I think I have the BB somewhere too and rear mech protector, all included.

In good condition, there are a few chips here and there to the paintwork as you would expect from a frame of this age but all in all it still looks very tidy, with splatter paint job.

Tubing: Ishiwata 'Croston', Japan. Penta butted downtube (that's right, 5 butts!), quad butted top tube and single butted seat tube.

Some really nice details on this frame, such as shoulder strap braze ons inside the main triangle. It also comes with a kuwahara rear mech protector, matching blue quill stem (not shown in pics) and headset.

I bought this off ebay a couple of years ago, but haven't got round to building it up properly and it is just sitting in dry storage. It's an unusual frame and it really deserves a bit more love and attention then I am giving it

I'm about 5' 8" and it fits me pretty nicely with the original stem, but I'll send through accurate dimensions later today.

I am willing to post this if required, but it can also be collected from North East London. Viewings also welcome.
