I've been reminded by my calendar it's my work Xmas dinner on Tuesday.
-
• #303
That’s good, you’ve now got a valid reason to give it a miss.
-
• #304
Are you doing hills?
-
• #306
It’s practically flat ;-)

Can always look at a more inclusive time in the New Year
Sadly, I won’t be back down in London before Christmas now, so I have done my last hills for 2018

Cross post from running:
Kicked a quilt off last night.
Massive pain in my Achilles and now have limited foot movement.
Can walk, stairs aren't fun, can't run, probs can't cycle properly either.Have my psoriasis appt on Monday, i should/could be able to get seen there if I'm still in pain/fucked.
Warning: quilts. They fuck you up

Did hills rumble out last night?

Are we going to do a special New Years Day hills? Start the New Year by sweating out the hangover.

If you are in London
Go for it
I’m eating untill the 8th
-
• #313
Yeah I'll be there. Just wanted to see if I'll be on my own!

• #314
I'm game for a New Years Day outing, I actually did the classic route this afternoon. Much harder with the last ten days roast/mincer/booze intake on board!

Jealous
Sort of

• #316
Might be just us!
Nice day for it, though.

Good ride, thanks for leading the way. Route definitely 'experimental' but there were hills and it's Tuesday night so it lived up to its billing.
-
• #318
I think the shortest valid route would be HHV, Canonbie, Pub.
-
• #319
Well technically HHV >>> Pub would still involve a hill...
-
• #320
But then there'd be no photo!
-
• #322
Err... You had Christmas with Glenn from the Village People?
-
• #323
Same as every year, yes, but Glenn insisted that we watch The Railway Children, as we always traditionally watch one of his specialist videos and this year he wanted to indulge me.
And there you where

We on for classic hills tomorrow night?
Next week is CHRISTMAS HILLS
There will be a slight route change to allow @inappropriate_bike to bring his small son along to 'win' at least one hill.
Christmas dress for both yourselves and your bikes is strongly encouraged.
I'll bring some homemade cider down from Scotland for a mid ride nip as well, other hip flasks are recomended.
