WTD: ratty and cheap SS frame like a Pompino or Plug 1

This is a picky wish list for a pet project, have ages and looking to spend only £30-60.

Want
Frame only - suitable for 5ft 10', 53-55cm top tube.
Modern road stuff, i.e. 1 1/8 fork
120mm rear spacing
700c, single speed, ideally rear facing dropouts
Clearance for 32c or bigger.
BSA Bottom bracket + 1 1/8 steerer
Mounts for guards/rack nice to have.

Condition
Surface rust and shoddy paintwork all good. Preferably no dings.

Possible frames
On-One Pompino
Charge Plug - models that can clear 32c and use 1 1/8 steerers.
Charge Grater 0
Specialized Tricross Singlecross
Konda Paddywagon (if can clear 32c)

Thanks, had caught my eye but only need a frame, the aim of the game is to spend a little as possible, like £100 total and fancy a disc fork and mtb brake.

In no rush but have a bump.

Just found a near new Charge Plug 1 frame on Ebay for £50 but the wrong size... anyway, turns out the Plug 1 with Canti brakes is also bang-on for spec.

No one is selling fixies any more! Everyone got rid of them circa the great fixie crash post microcosm.

big tyre fixehs are in, even Ribble has one or does this mean they've peaked :/

I quite like it, but is that me or the fork looks the wrong way round?

Does look odd but probably because of the straight fork and little rake - assume for the handling/flat bars.

40c tyre clearance but no mudguard mounts makes me sad.

It's a bit of a problem for most of their 2019 range! :(

Hmmm a ratty Charge Plug 2 2015 has come up locally, they came stocked with 32c tyres and should be easy enough to get a pannier rack on. Ticking the boxes.

If I want to stick a disc fork on with flat bars... guessing I should be looking up 1 1/8 straight forks with a 395mm axle to crown?

Am I missing anything?
