Is that from ENVE?
I'm not being entirely serious about the rim width. I noticed a real change swapping from 19mm to 25mm, but moving from 25mm to 30mm felt like a very small change in comparison.
If you need carbon rims, I'd go for the Santa Cruz ones over the ENVE.
