There is no risk to the seller if the buyer pays through paypal gift.
If he had paid with good/services then there is more risk to the seller, as they can claim the wheels are damaged/unusable etc then get a refund. Paypal always seem to side with the buyer.
Thanks for your input. I'd heard and read a bit about seller protection against unscrupulous charge backs etc, then again as you said, there are more straightforward attempts, under goods/services, to rip genuine sellers off I guess ("oh, the box was empty" etc)
