I'm downsizing to one mountain bike as I don't have space to store so many bikes any more.
Top of the line (apart from Project one) Trek hardtail XC frame. Also a rare beast in this size (23"). Available as a frameset new still for over £1000, mine has been used as my main MTB for a year and a half or so. Some trail-centre riding, some bikepacking. It has a few marks, scuffs etc. Also one area of ware on the seatstay where it was held up by a bungee in the van for a long trip and it did a super nice job of taking off some paint (the underlying sealer on the carbon is still totally fine, non structural etc etc).
The frame includes seat collar, rear axle and Shimano PF92BB (installed) which has plenty of life left in it. As it sits it weighs 1800g including those parts, so can be built up into a real weight-weenie
