Yep, mine was wooden sashes. The guy was slow but very good if anyone is looking.

Probably not after wood but if your guy does aluminium I'd be interested. We went with Dan James for the loft in the end, banner is fluttering outside as we speak.

Only wood. How's the conversion going? I assume you've asked them for recommendations, a few of the people they suggested to me were decent (not windows).
